Can I Return to Normal Activities after the CoolTone® Procedure?
CoolTone® is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately. Patients don't usually experience soreness that can occur during an intense workout due to the "tapping" mechanism that rushes oxygenated blood to the treated areas preventing the build up of lactic acid.

CoolSculpting® is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately. Some patients experience redness, minor bruising, tingling, numbness or discomfort in the treated area, but this is temporary and will resolve completely.
