How does the membership work?
Memberships are a one-year commitment. After year 1, you will continue on a monthly basis. 30-day notice is required for cancellation, if payment has been processed you will receive membership benefits for that final month. Must cancel by 20th of the month or you will be charged for the next month. Should you cancel the membership prior to 1 year, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Are there hidden fees?
The only fees associated are the ones listed above. Upgrades toward other services will be billed at the time of service.
I did not get an opportunity to use my BFL Service this month, can I do it next month or get a refund?
There are NO refunds at Ageless Aesthetics MediSpa. Fees are incurred monthly regardless of use of benefits during the month. No rollover services and no gifting or sharing services. This also does not mean upgrades will be free the following month.
I see that you have a special this month, so I get my member price and the special too, right?
BFL Membership benefits cannot be combined with monthly specials, vendor coupons or other special offers. BFL Members are welcome to apply the best offer to their purchase.
Can I move tiers?
Yes, you are available to level up within the 1-year membership.
Is it hard to schedule an appointment?
We do not automatically schedule for you. We recommend scheduling be done at the time of your appointment.
